FaithRide is a Christian-based ridesharing platform. We strive to provide safe, respectful, and modest transportation rooted in Christian values. All users agree to uphold this environment while using the Platform.
Applies to Everyone
- Respect & Modesty: No profanity, harassment, vulgar/explicit language, or lewd conduct. Modest attire is required (shirts and footwear required; avoid explicit or see-through content).
- Prohibited Items/Behavior: No open containers of alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or unlawful activity in vehicles.
- Faith Environment: Vehicles may have Christian music, symbols, or Scripture verses. By using FaithRide, you acknowledge and accept this environment.
- Privacy & Space: Respect personal space. No unwanted physical contact or coercive proselytizing. Prayer or faith conversations should be by mutual consent only.
Riders – Quick Guide
- Be ready at pickup; after a brief grace period, wait-time or cancellation fees may apply.
- Seatbelts for all passengers; child/booster seats must be provided by the Rider when required by law.
- No rides to/from nightclubs, bars, or taverns (mission-aligned destination restriction).
- Respect your Driver’s vehicle and property; no vandalism, littering, or smoking.
- Report safety or conduct concerns in-app or at support@faithride.org.
Drivers – Quick Guide
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, current registration, and rideshare-appropriate or commercial auto insurance that complies with all laws. You are responsible for insurance that covers you and your passengers while using FaithRide.
- Keep your vehicle roadworthy, clean, and safe (brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
- Follow all traffic laws; seatbelts required for every rider, every trip.
- You may decline or end a trip safely for Code violations (intoxication, harassment, lewd conduct, weapons, serious safety risks). Never refuse service based on protected traits such as race, religion, disability, or national origin.
- Accommodate service animals as required by law and be courteous with accessibility needs (time for mobility devices, safe curbside drop-off, etc.).
- Promptly report serious incidents or crashes to law enforcement (when appropriate) and to support@faithride.org.
Service Window & Pricing Basics
- Service hours: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM local time (unless otherwise announced in your area).
- Minimum fare: $10 per ride; mileage-based fare applies when it exceeds $10.
- Payments: All payments are processed by third-party providers. FaithRide deducts a platform service fee from Driver payouts as described in the Terms of Service.

Reporting & Appeals
If you experience or witness unsafe or inappropriate behavior, use any in-app reporting tools or email support@faithride.org. FaithRide may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent deactivations for violations. Users may request clarification or appeal enforcement actions through support.
Legal Snapshot
FaithRide is a platform that connects Riders with independent contractor Drivers. FaithRide does not own vehicles or provide transportation; each trip is a private agreement between Rider and Driver.
